Cancellation Policy
COMBAT & PERFORMANCE TRAINING "Enhancing performance, prehab, rehab, and coaching practical martial arts." POLICY 1.Attendance Show up. Listen. Work hard. 2. Payment Policy - Prepayment is required before training begins, whether for single sessions or commitment plans. - Preferred payment methods: Pay in person or book online through the website. - All new clients are required to complete their first payment via online booking before their initial session. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. - For weekly commitment plans, missed sessions must be used within the same week. - Exceptions may be made only in cases of genuine emergency. - Late cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full for the missed session. This policy helps ensure other clients on the waitlist have a fair opportunity to train.
